Available for auction is a collection of 11 vintage stopwatch / timers used for rallies and racing. All the watches date from the 1960's to the 1990's and are in running order. The seller states the watches and timers have minor wear from age and use. The watches and timers have been mounted on metal dash plates bearing the names of famous race tracks and rallies and then placed on walnut display plaques. The dash plates can be removed and placed on a cars dashboard. The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance, handling, and transactional fees. The collection includes:
(2) Aristo and (1) Arco: The first Aristo is the Apollo model, a 3 pusher 1/10 second 15 minute split timer with a black 30 second outer dial and a red inner 60 second dial The Arco is also a 2 pusher 1/10 second 15 minute timer the face has a with a black 30 second outer dial and a red inner 60 second dial. The second Aristo is a 2 pusher 1/10 second 15 minute timer with a black 30 second outer dial and a red inner 60 second dial a 1/10 second 15 minute timer with a black 30 second outer dial and a red inner 60 second dial . They are mounted on a triple dash plate with quick release clips.
Heuer: A Trackmate model it is a two pusher 1/10 second 30 minute split timer.
Security: A very early piece dating to the 1960’s. It is a two pusher 1/10 second 15 minute timer. The face has a black 30 second outer dial with a red inner 60 second dial.
Camero: A two Pusher 1/5 second 15 minute timer split timer. The face has a black 30 second outer dial and a red inner 60 second dial.
Wakman: Made by Breitling and sold by Wakmann to their US distributor. An S2 pusher 1/5 second 30 minute split timer with a 60 second dial.
Zonex: Dating from the 1960's it is a 1/10 second 30 minute timer with a 60 second dial.
Pic: A two pusher 1/10 second 15 minute timer. The face has a black 30 second outer dial and a red inner 60 second dial.
Sportline: A two pusher ref #660 it is a 1/10 second 15 minute timer. The face has a 'Roulette' dial with alternating black and red 30 and 60 second numbers.
Aristo: Made by Junghans and sold under the Aristo brand this is a 1/5 second 60 minute split timer. It is perhaps the most interesting watch of its day as it has a face with 3 dials. One is a 5 second register that runs continually.
