Available for auction is a stunning collection of Aston Martin and Lagonda garage display pieces, originally acquired from an estate sale tied to a London-based Aston Martin racing garage. The collection includes a modern cold-cast resin and brass Aston Martin winged emblem (59" wide), a hand-painted fiberglass "Aston Martin Martini DBR9" sponsorship sign (26" x 57"), and two hand-painted commemorative plaques celebrating Aston Martin’s Le Mans achievements—one oval plaque (47" wide) for the 1960 DBR1’s 3rd-place finish with Roy Salvadori and Jim Clark, and a roundel (43" diameter) for the 1956 DB3S’s 2nd-place finish with Stirling Moss and Peter Collins.

Also featured are a hand-painted metal sign commemorating the Aston Martin and Zagato collaboration on the DB4GT (36" x 58"), a Lagonda winged emblem (47" wide), and a dual-piece display of Carrozzeria Touring Milano and Superleggera emblems mounted together on a framed board (59" x 67").

The collection also includes an Emmanuel Viard’s "1935 Le Mans Aston Martin Ulster Sports" (2018) pen-and-ink artwork by the renowned automotive artist, initialed "EV" and dated 2018. This piece captures the iconic 1935 Le Mans 2-seater "CML 719" Aston Martin Ulster, driven by C.T. Thomas and M. Kenyon to an impressive 5th in class and 10th overall at the 24-Hour event.

The artwork measures approximately 18 x 24 inches, mounted on a wooden board, and further enhanced with three detailed images affixed to the lower edge and upper corners, each protected by Perspex glazing. The overall presentation measures about 25 x 28 inches. These meticulously crafted modern pieces, many featuring fiberglass or metal elements, offer a striking homage to Aston Martin’s iconic racing history and legendary drivers. Don’t miss your opportunity to own a piece of Aston Martin’s racing legacy with this stunning collection. The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance handling, and transactional fees. Congrats gman71b, great price for all the pieces. I was afraid the shipping could have ruined any deal, and it's a 2 day drive in 1 direction to pick up. Great collection if you can get it home safely. Enjoy.

@Lindsay: As stated with all the items sold here on PCar, packing and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer, so no. I will deliver to the pack and ship store for the buyer.

  • Lindsay (registered bidder) 1 weekago

Would you be willing to package them for shipping or would there be additional charges after the auction? Just trying to get a clear idea of the overall costs before the auction ends.

  • RetroOrville (seller) 1 weekago

Guys, more photos coming, tomorrow with one additional VIN tag sign I left out of the original group.

  • RetroOrville (seller) 1 weekago

@Lindsay: Please look closely at photos and you can see measurements. There are the four smaller items that could be boxed together, but the rest would need separate packaging. Crating might be overkill, but definitely is a great safeguard. Maybe just the largest sign. I would take a wild guess and say 65 pounds, total. Hope this helps.

  • Lindsay (registered bidder) 1 week, 1 dayago

Hello seller, would these be sent individually or in a crate perhaps? Do you have dimensions of the final package or packages just so I can enquire what the potential shipping cost will be?

    With thanks

Good afternoon ladies, gents, fellow gearheads. This is the second of 45+ memorabalia and petrolinia collections, forty years in the making. I purchased these six years ago, but they date back to 1956 and were said to all come from the London based racing team garage. The wall mounted trophies were awarded to the garage crews. These are all in very good condition. Hoping these find another Aston Martin fan’s home.
