Available for auction is a pair of Porsche helmet cases. These GT2 RS and GT3 RS helmet cases were offered to new owners of the vehicles and are exceedingly rare to come across.
The GT2 RS case is made of a hard outer shell finished in satin black. This case features a unique Porsche center-lock wheel style design latch for locking the case. The inside is lined with elastic straps and soft padding to protect your helmet. Several design cues from the 911 GT2 RS are incorporated into the helmet case. This piece of pure art replicates the rear end (exhaust pipes and diffuser) of Porsche's GT2 RS. Included with the case is a carrying bag. Notably, the helmet case won the German Design Award of 2018.
The GT3 RS case is made of a soft outer shell finished in black and red. This case features a helmet-like design mimicking a visor in a mesh look. A carrying handle is placed on the front of the case as well as padding along the back and bottom. The inside is lined with elastic straps and soft padding to protect your helmet. The case closes using a zipper around the middle. Included with the case are its original box and packaging.
