Available for auction is a Tag Heuer Formula One model 385.513/1 watch. In the late 1980s, Tag Heuer introduced a collection of colorful watches. This one was finished in red and white and includes its original case and instructions.
The watch has never been worn and is in mint condition with a new battery installed in August 2023. The watch case depicts Aryton Senna’s McLaren MP4/5. Included with the sale is an original framed magazine advertisement of the same watch and car, and a 1/43 model of the same race car, which had Tag Heuer as a sponsor, placed on the front nose of the car.
