Available for auction is a Flying Cars 1967 Shelby Mustang GT500 electric go-kart. The kart comes equipped with red molded plastic bodywork and an electric motor with both forward and reverse settings. It comes with features such as a candy apple red paint job, spoked wheel rims, roll bar, and the iconic Shelby Cobra logo on the steering wheel, dash, and rear trunk lid. The kart measures approximately 54 1/2" long, 27" wide and 22" tall and weighs about 40 lbs.
This two-seater kart pays tribute to the 50th anniversary of the legendary 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang convertible. The cart features fully functioning side doors, working front headlights and a revving engine and horn sounds (see video). The seller states the original 12-volt rechargeable battery has been replaced with a larger capacity motorcycle battery. Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling and transactional fees.
