@TubeGuy Do you truly search everything online without considering smaller groups that algorithms might miss? If you're proficient with the internet, you know what I'm talking about. Consider, for instance, that there might be a few fan clubs in Poland, and perhaps their group is private?
Honestly, I don't see the point in continuing this discussion with you. I get the impression you take satisfaction in knowing how the clock was made, and I'm glad for you. However, putting words in my mouth like "stupid Americans" is tactless and offensive. I don't understand why you'd make false claims when you specifically mention that making such a clock requires handcrafting. Furthermore, while you present a clock that might look similar to the one in the auction, claiming it's 100% identical is deceptive. Please think twice before posting another comment, and refrain from making derogatory remarks about others. Maintain decorum.
From the very beginning of the auction, from the detailed description submitted for verification to the approval by the platform, I have no influence over the clock's history. I'm not sure why you're so adamantly arguing your point when it's clear you're not in the right. It seems you're resorting to petty statements, attempting to paint me in a negative light. I don't know where your resentment comes from, but I regret not meeting your expectations with my responses.
"This is not the place for analysis and reasoning." Not true. How long have you been here?
That's what the comment section is for. It is 100% the same clock as the one I showed you. Little metal Porsche logos are sold all over.
And what about "Commissioned by the Porsche Fan Club," Who is that? They don't show up on Google. The "club" commissioned only one? Show me this clock anywhere on google. Unless MikoXVI is the Club President and only member.
@TubeGuy Please look at photo number 10, and you'll see that it's not the same logo you're referring to. Perhaps you're thinking of the logo on the back, but that's not the main unique feature of this watch. I'm not sure where your inquiries are coming from, especially since you don't seem to be interested in the auction. I kindly ask you not to spam the comment section. This auction is going through the website's authorization process and has its reserved price. The amount displayed here is not a "buy now" price but the amount a buyer is pledging. The item is described in detail, everything is visible, please read with understanding.
This is an auction and no one is forcing you to do anything. The auction is authorized. The description is clear and leaves no doubt. This is not the place for analysis and reasoning. Want to buy = bid. You don't want to - don't make a fuss. If you have any questions, please contact me on priv.
@MozeszWszycho Your original description is meant to mislead. Lofty language meant to scam the unsuspecting. "It stands as a unique prototype, a rarity in the horological world and a tangible piece of both automotive and design history."
The stickers on the back are fake. The clock is $179 and the little Porsche logos are $15 each, and that's without shopping for a lower price. That's all there is to it.
And I linked the website to the "infamous" MikoXVI, and like dude....come on. I know making a cool profit of well over $1k from stupid Americans is tempting, but you list it here or on the other website you need to take the heat.
Then you want to question whether this guy's brother works at Rolex? Please. I do want to hand it to you. Good creative writing.
@EGDO needs to know what he is buying. There is a plethora of fake signs being auctioned too. You need to ask yourself does this sign make sense? Like where would it have been used? Is it a printed film placed over plastic? Does it have a fake Neon Modena sticker on it like your fake Porsche sticker?
Here's your Porsche crest stick on logos. At most $15, but can be found for less

@TubeGuy Please don't confuse, it's explained in the previous comments

@Pcarmarket this is a scam auction. It's a clock that sells for at MOST $179 (much less elsewhere) with some stickers and little Porsche logos added. If the buyer wants to pay $1500 that's his business, but the description is FALSE.
This is the "brainchild of MikoXVI, the visionary artistry of Poland's Mikołaj Józwik"

Somebody with a Dymo label printer has been putting a lot of supposed "signs" made by numerous companies on auction websites.
In other words, it is not made by, or have any connection to Rolex or Porsche. Companies don't make just one clock....they make minimum hundreds or thousands. There would be more pictures of them on Google. So if the the clock was not made by Rolex, is it one of the Rolex Daytona's available all over the place like Etsy, except to have a couple little details added?
How does the "Exclusive Manufaktur" sticker get on the back except to be added to make it look like it was made by Porsche?
@fashioncar Thank you for your comment. I'd like to clarify a few points: The watch is hand-assembled, which is indisputable. While the shaping process is certainly technological and can only be done by machine, human intervention is vital, adding an element of handcrafted precision. The Rolex Daytona Wall Clock model does exist and was produced by Rolex. The Rolex Daytona presented at the auction, dedicated to Porsche, is based on the original Rolex Daytona straight from the Rolex factory. MikoXVI Art Design has refined this Rolex Daytona model, incorporating elements celebrating the 24-hour race at Daytona with a Porsche touch. This is a commemorative clock. I didn't mention that Porsche collaborated with Rolex in producing such models. It's a unique piece. Everything is described in the main description; please read thoroughly to avoid any misunderstandings and refrain from making misleading assumptions. If you wish to continue this discussion, I invite you for a private clarification. PS: Kindly provide your brother's full name, and we can verify if such an employee indeed exists at Rolex.
Hello,
You say "Handcrafted by the illustrious Swiss brand Rolex...", are you really sure about what you are saying?
My brother works for the Rolex brand and after investigation, this model does not exist and there has never been any collaboration between Porche and Rolex.
Please clarify.
Regards

Bid in the amount of $1,500
@ricm Hello @ricm and thank you for interest,
Of course, i can send to USA for a $65 shipping cost, clock alone weighs 1327g. The entire clock is made of metal. Only the dial in the middle is PVC imitating white porcelain.
The main frame in a gold color is made from a noble alloy. It's at least made from stainless steel, which is copper-plated and then coated with gold chrome. Moreover, the inner base of the dial, which is brushed around its circumference, is made from stainless steel.
The back is made from a stainless steel referred to as INOX in Swiss terminology. Nothing is plated except for the ring that required gilding. The only PVC element is the dial which imitates white porcelain. The housing of the Rolex quartz clock mechanism is made of plastic.
The Porsche logo in the center is made of noble metals – bronze coated with 24-carat gold. The Porsche logo on the back is made of metal. The stickers are made of plastic. The INOX is solid, as evidenced by its shaping – visible scratches on it. The oval brushing around the perimeter was done intentionally at the factory. The clock's dials and hands are protected by quartz glass. It's not plastic.
If you have any further questions or need clarification on any issue to dispel doubts, please feel free to comment and contact me via email
Happy bidding
The reference to "back and middle" in INOX means that it's solid INOX or plated? What's the bezel made of? And the crystal is really mineral glass vs. plastic? How much does it weigh? Willing to ship to USA -West Coast? Dzieki!
@bluechipauto This piece is signed with the Rolex brand. One of the striking details that gives me confidence in its authenticity is the "Made in Swiss" marking; I've noticed no indicators, such as a "Made in China" tag, suggesting it might be a replica. A unique feature that particularly stands out is the inscription at the top, which mentions that it was crafted exclusively for select Rolex boutiques – a probable indicator of its genuine nature. Furthermore, the intricate detail of the watch mechanism embedded in resin not to be faked at the back showcases the precision and craftsmanship synonymous with the Rolex brand. The condition is impeccable, further underscoring the meticulousness of the brand.
Notably, this item was acquired from the surplus stock of a Rolex dealer in Warsaw.
If any of you would like, I can disassemble to show what the watch looks like inside
@Boattail 13.25inch is inches is approximately 33.635 centimeters so well probably yes
This was made by rolex?
