Available for auction is a new stunning neon sign featuring the iconic Richfield Gasoline Eagle logo, representing the American petroleum company that operated from 1911 to 1966. This vibrant piece showcases a bald eagle in flight, framed in striking white, blue, yellow, and red neon tubing.
The bold "Richfield" lettering is illuminated in white neon with a red neon outline, creating a captivating display. Measuring approximately 48" tall, 23" wide, and 6" deep, this single-sided sign is crafted with hand-blown, multi-colored neon glass tubing and built into a rugged, commercial-grade black steel housing with no exposed wires.
It is equipped with wall-mounting brackets and wired for 120-volt circuitry, featuring two US-style, 3-prong plugs and UL-certified transformers that operate silently and efficiently. Welcome Everyone to the FINAL DAY of the auction of this Classic, Large Richfield Gasoline Sign.
As we enter the last few hours of the auction, I want to thank all who have reached out to me via the “Contact Seller” button and everyone who has shown interest.
I also am able to provide “Turn-Key” shipping (as indicated earlier). In the photo gallery, I have placed an image of a recent example of the packaging of a large sign just prior to shipping. I have accounts with major shipping companies allowing me to provide very cost-efficient shipping to the lucky auction winner.
I am motivated to sell this sign. If we get close to the reserve, I will lift the reserve and the sign will go to a new owner 😊. I also have a Mopar Neon sign in the Deal Tank. I am will to work out a ‘package’ deal for both signs and ship both signs together which would reduce the overall (per/sign) shipping cost.
