Available for auction is a group of seven vintage stopwatch timers, primarily led by the renowned Heuer brand, designed for use in racing and rallies. All are mounted on metal plates with European quick-release clips and date back to the 1960s, remaining in very good working condition.
The collection includes a unique Junghans stopwatch featuring a 5-second dial that automatically resets and a 1/5-second 60-minute timer. A striking Precise model boasts a blue face with a 1/10-second 15-minute timer. The Aristo, from the 1950s-60s, features a sliding mechanism instead of a second button and a 1/10-second 30-minute timer. A rare Meylan model, also from the 1950s-60s, comes in a black case with a distinctive 100-second dial and a 1/10-second 30-minute timer.
The collection also includes a Heuer stopwatch sold by Fisher, offering a 1/10-second 30-minute timer. A Heuer-made Sears model features a two-button design with a 1/10-second timer, and finally, a Camero stopwatch rounds out the set with a two-button, 1/5-second 15-minute timer.
This is a rare opportunity to acquire a fully functional and historically significant set of racing timers. The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance, handling, and transactional fees. PCARMARKET is not responsible for anything lost or damaged during shipping.
