Up for auction is a beautiful 1985 Carrera Whale Tail replica spoiler mounted to a factory Porsche decklid.  This setup was removed from the sellers 1985 Carrera and is presented in excellent condition.  This decklid setup still retains the factory "Carrera" script badge and factory emissions sticker on the underside.  The bolt-on Whale Tail is a fully painted fiberglass replica with no rubber trim and is reminiscent of the Iroc style wing used on the 1974 3.0 RSR.  This decklid setup will fit all Porsche 911 vehicles from 1970-1989.

@Maxwell Yes, the color is factory black and was a perfect match on my 85 Carrera. The paint is in flawless condition. Thanks!

is the color standard black (non metallic)?

Hi Ted! This tail was designed to be this way. It offers a bit of a sleeker look than the original rubber lining. It’s also flawless in condition. Thanks!

Is this missing the rubber lip or is it designed to be used without the rubber lip? Thank you.
