If you own a black leather interior 996 with old beat up front seats (and there’s a lot of them out there} then these will bring your 911 back to life. I did on one of mine and it was a top notch OEM upgrade. Makes the car look special!

@Martini91 I’ve fitted several Boxster, 996, 997 seats into earlier cars and it’s as simple as adapting the early slider rails onto the later seats. The geometry lines up pretty well and the wiring is very straightforward to the switches. I’d bid on these if any of our cars needed seats.

@Martini91 I’m not sure they were in my 95 993 the guys at pcar market should know

These are “Sport Seats” that were an option on 996 and some 986 models. The GT seats are one piece. I upgraded a 2002 C4S with these seats a few years back. In my opinion they are more comfortable than both the standard 996/986 seats and the GT seats and give more support than the standard seats.
They should bolt into any 996. I did have some wiring issues because my car had memory seats and the seats I was installing came from a non memory seat car. Not a huge problem but it was not plug and play.

@navon30 yes they were in my 993 when I bought it . They’re nice seats. I just don’t do track days anymore

  • navon30 (registered bidder) 2 years, 1 monthago

So these would fit in a 993 since they were in one when you bought the car?

  • Jeffmcdonald (seller) 2 years, 1 monthago

@MC-Leather they were in my 993 when I bought the car from a good friend . He put the seats in the car in 2012 . He only put 6000 miles in the car from 2012 till I purchased the car in 2020

  • MC-Leather (registered bidder) 2 years, 1 monthago

A set of these came stock in my 2004 C4S. They are great, easy to use every day.

How many miles are on these?

  • Jeffmcdonald (seller) 2 years, 1 monthago

@sportscarguy3 I’ve never had a996 I’m sure the bolsters are beefier plus the hard back part . Stiffer for track days . They are not as comfortable for daily driving

  • sportscarguy3 (registered bidder) 2 years, 1 monthago

    Hello seller
Just wondering how these 2005 GT2 seats might be different from the factory seats that I have in my 2003 996TT

  • Jeffmcdonald (seller) 2 years, 1 monthago

I would pack and ship just charge cost thanks for looking

  • jattilah (registered bidder) 2 years, 1 monthago

What kind of arrangement will there be for shipping? Will you handle packing and shipping and just charge the cost, or would you just take them to a FedEx store and the buyer pays them to pack and ship?
