Available for auction is the exterior OEM Porsche carbon fiber package for the 996 GT2. The package consists of a carbon fiber rear wing, a set of mirrors and a front grill vent. The seller states the items are in excellent condition overall with a few blemishes and one small crack on the passenger mirror (see gallery). All parts recently received a full paint correction by MAcarbon in Belmont, CA and look fantastic. The parts are genuine OEM Porsche; wing - 996.512.261.31, grill - 996.575.326.3, and mirror shells are 996.731.619.30 and 996.731.620.30. The buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and transactional fees.

Thank you to everyone that is viewing our auction. We're selling these carbon parts on behalf of a customer who was the sales manager for our local Porsche dealer before retiring. He was running them on his 2002 GT2. When he sold the car, he reinstalled his old parts and put these carbon parts in storage.
These parts are at our MAcarbon office. We do carbon fiber interiors for Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini etc... We are in Belmont CA between San Francisco and San Jose. Anyone local that wants to check them out in person, message me and we can arrange a time.
Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. The wing is pretty big! Shipping will be $245 to the main cities of the Midwest and East Coast. For West Coast, its $150 from San Diego up to Seattle. If you live in the boonies, FedEx may charge an extra Out-of-Area fee, which you probably already know about. If the winner is local, they are welcome to pick them up free of charge. For anyone international, please message me and we’ll get a quote. On a daily basis we’re sending stuff around the world so have pretty good rates for FedEx international.

These parts are genuine OEM Porsche carbon parts for the 2002-2005 996 GT2. Manufactured by Turnwald in France for Porsche. Included in the auction is a set of mirrors, the front vent grill and the rear wing. All parts came off a GT2 owned by the sales manager at a Porsche dealership in the San Francisco Bay Area. We were asked to sell them when he retired overseas. The parts are in good condition. All parts have had 'paint correction' by MAcarbon. This involved wet sanding all of the parts with 1500 grit sandpaper, then 2K then 2500 and finally a lot of polishing. Some photos are in the gallery showing this process. The parts are in overall good condition. The passenger mirror does have a crack on the stem portion. The driver mirror has a small chip at the lower edge. The vent grill did have a chip repair at one point. The wing is in good condition. There is a little bit of fading visible in strong light. All seams are solid with no cracking. Porsche does show a couple of the wings in stock in Germany with a list price of $8000. These will be original production from the 2002-2005 or so as Turnwald is long out of business (retired!) and the subcontractor used to make the parts closed shop in 2016 or so. (Also retired!) We would anticipate the remaining inventory to require a bit of paint correction as these have had along with the standard change in color. We have set the reserve low on this collection given the used nature of the parts. The mirrors will fit any 996 but the wing and vent will only fit a 996 GT2. They do fit any 996 GT2 though regardless of year or original market (USA, EU etc).
