@Bloodyknuckles The bottom picture is the instruction sheet cover it tells how you adjust the no bleed back at the bottom. The nuts are in the envelope with the insulator plates and studs. I opened them up and took a few pictures. Thank you

There are quite a few nuts and washers missing that hold the top of Carbs down. Do you have those? Have you taken off the tops of the Carbs and can see the floats, and other parts are still there? Do you know of any missing parts?

Some American made webers are said to be of a lower quality
