Available for auction is an original unrestored vintage Ferrari dealership service sign. According to the seller, this example had been in use at a Ferrari dealership in Southern California before being a piece of the famed Ferrari shop, Fossil Motorsports of Richard Freshman. The seller states this sign was purchased directly from Mr. Freshman.
The sign shows some age and patina wearing a small crack along the bottom left of the sign but has remained indoors and undisturbed for the last 30 years. The color is still strong and present, unlike many other examples that have suffered color fading.
The sign measures approximately 36" x 19.25” x 3” deep with 1/2” frame. Don't miss your opportunity to own an authentic vintage Ferrari dealership sign that has had years of historic Ferraris parked below it. The buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and fees.

You don't need to take it to a sign shop to get it backlit. Go to Amazon and buy two LED strips that are just under 36". Use some zip ties to mount. That's what I did. I then put a dimmer switch right at the bottom where I could reach it. It looks amazing.
I'm shocked this is not at multiple thousands.

I brought the sign to a professional sign shop. It is very inexpensive to fit a custom battery powered LED lighting system (no heat) and back casing to hang anywhere without wires.

I have a similar sign, except service in Servizio. I went to Amazon and bought some 2 LED light bars with adjustable color temperature, and have a dimmer switch on it too. It's looks amazing that way.
