Available for auction is an original factory Porsche dealership sign. This illuminated sign was removed from the famous Jim Ellis Porsche dealership in Atlanta during the 80s. Having been originally displayed as a double-sided fixture, the seller has since had a custom single-sided wall mount backlit sign box constructed. Original memorabilia is hard to come by as dealerships are instructed by Porsche to destroy them. Fortunately this one fell through the cracks thanks to a former mechanic of the dealership and is now being offered to the public. This sign measures 49 1/2" x 97" and is wired for a standard US 120V outlet. Don't miss your opportunity to add a rare piece of Porsche history to your collection. @Rocinate The sign is rather light due to the frame is aluminum. I would say the weight is around 75lbs.
