Hi Guys and welcome to my last auction for the year!

I really enjoyed working on this painting over the past couple of months when I had some time in-between my design projects.

This iconic Porsche needs no introduction! To celebrate the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1973, together with their Porsche partnership, Brumos decided to abandon their traditional orange livery for a Red/White/Blue combo. I painted the background in such a way to add some interesting textures and to mimic the dirt and grime the car would show after a long and grueling race!

    Shipping and Handling:

This painting will be professionally packaged and shipped from my studio in South Africa to any destination in continental United States or Canada. It comes fully insured and will be delivered to the buyer within 3-8 business days, depending on destination and customs. I have successfully shipped hundreds of artworks to the US, Canada and other destinations across the world.

Below are the shipping options available:

    Option 1: Unframed - $200 USD

The painting is safely removed from the frame, carefully rolled and shipped in a solid and sturdy postal/mailing tube for 100% safety. Upon arrival the buyer takes it to their local framing store where the painting can easily be re-stretched/framed.

    Option 2: Framed - $450 USD

The painting is safely and securely packaged and shipped in its gallery frame with brass keyhole slots ready to hang and enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE: If bidding for this painting reaches $2500 USD – all shipping and handling costs for this painting will be included in the winning bid.

I trust this info is helpful to those who will be bidding, but please let me know if you have any questions or require more info.

Good luck everyone and enjoy the auction!

    Automotive Artist & Designer,

    Clive Botha - The Cartist

Beautiful original painting on canvas Clive. Good luck.

Yep, it looks like I am bidding against myself. I just looked at the painting again. Took me back to seeing a Brumos car, in the real at my home track (not this car). This work needs to be in my shop. Great work Clive!

Hope you aren't offended by my bid. I think this piece is done very well, and am interested in some of your other work. We are a Porsche family, with even my young sons owning porsches. So, if you have any work that would speak to us, please let me know.

Another beautiful painting, Clive! I love its lines and bold colors -- especially in the background. Looks awesome! Good luck!
