Available for auction is a 1978 Kawasaki KV-75 Trail Mini Bike, a classic model first introduced in 1971. Powered by a 75cc two-stroke engine producing 4 horsepower at 6,500 rpm, this bike features an automatic clutch with a three-speed transmission.
Finished in striking red with orange and white accents, it retains its completely original condition, including the tires, and shows signs of light use with no rips in the seat. Part of a long-term collection, the seller states this bike has not been started or run in years but remains exceptionally clean. Notable features include a kickstarter, folding chrome handlebars with twist-lock fasteners, full suspension, drum brakes, a shielded high-mount exhaust system, front and rear lighting, a side stand, and a solo seat.
It is equipped with a 0.8-gallon fuel tank and multi-piece 8” silver steel wheels fitted with 3.50” Cheng Shin knobby tires. Suspension is handled by an inverted telescopic fork and dual shocks mounted to the swingarm, with braking provided by drum brakes on both wheels. While no odometer is present and total mileage is unknown, the bike’s excellent condition makes it a standout collector’s piece.
