Available for auction is a set of OEM Porsche Carbon Fiber Bucket seats. The seller states the seats were removed from a 991 generation GTS. The seats feature leather with Alcantara inserts, gray stitching, and GTS embroidered headrests. 
The seat shell is composed of a lightweight combination of glass and carbon fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP/CFRP) with a carbon-fiber surface finish, weighing in at only 15-19 lbs. Not only is the seat shell extremely lightweight compared to stock 911 seats but the strength of the GRP/CFRP construction offers a boost in both driver safety and durability. 
The seats are equipped with manual fore/aft adjustment and the folding backrest makes for much easier access to your rear seats. Please confirm fitment in your vehicle before bidding. The buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and fees.

@trimarc140 not sure what you’re referring to? The sub belt cut out? In any case, nothing has happened to the seats and this is how they come from the factory. Take a look at other sets that have been for sale for reference.
Boonstin one of the seats has a larger jagged cut out on the bottom what happened? Thanks
@trimarc140 yes happy to assist with packing and shipping. The last set of seats I shipped was probably 10 years ago but used garment boxes and shipping blankets and sent via Greyhound. They arrived without damage.

These were purchased from an auto recycler in Europe as that was the only way I able to find them with the GTS embroidery. I installed these as is which as expected, threw the airbag light. I was planning to "update" them with the sensors so everything function correctly, but I ended up selling the car before getting to it.
The article that TubeGuy posted is a good one but the one below is more comprehensive and what I had bookmarked to use...

@Quinnie26 Don't know anything about what is needed on a 991. @TubeGuy EDIT the most common seller in Europe, Carnewel, is out of them.
I think the seller needs to explain what no occupancy sensor means. ROW means "Rest of world" and last time I checked you could still buy these from the place the seller may have gotten them from.
Not sure what happens when you install these in a U.S. 991, but in a 997 you most likely have the passenger airbag light go on, and in some states where you have safety inspection tags that can be a issue. On top of it's not great to lose an airbag function.
There are work-arounds but go in with your eyes open. Rennlist has many threads on this topic. I cannot comment on using ROW 991 seats in a USA 991.

@ferik you are correct, the passenger seat does not have the occupancy sensor.
Do they have an occupancy sensor? I believe the European models do not.

@danayanch - that's normal and how the factory delivers them. They're not noticeable or get in the way when installed.
Why do the adjustment handles stick out so far? Is that normal? Will they stick out normal amount when fitted?

@pst_pnk - completely forgot about that when listing them, yes, they are heated! Was very nice to retain the heat functionality in the Targa.

Welcome to my auction. I'm here to answer any questions and be as helpful as I can. For background on the seats, I purchased them from Europe out of a RoW 991 specifically so I could get the GTS embroidery on the headrest. I had them installed in my 991 Targa GTS but have since sold that car and the seats are in need of a new home. They will also work in 997 era cars. Thanks
