Yes the shipping price is the same.
It actually uses a 1.5v battery. It is not included in the lot due to problems in Customs. Imagine a box in Customs that goes through the scanner and they see a battery in something that can look like an explosive package... hehehe
The movement of the mechanism is continuous and silent of great quality.
