Available for auction is a Porsche Design 911 Carrera Chronograph Swiss Caliber Tachymeter with 100M water resistance. Produced as part of the official Porsche 911 Carrera limited series and individually numbered (1908), this timepiece was designed in honor of the iconic 911. 
The watch is presented in perfect condition, still wearing its protective film, and has been fully serviced by a professional watchmaker with a new battery installed and chronograph hands calibrated for flawless operation as stated by the seller. Out of production for over 20 years, it has become exceptionally rare and desirable among Porsche enthusiasts and collectors alike. 
Features include a Swiss precision quartz movement, high-quality stainless steel case, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, date display at 4 o’clock, luminous hands, tachymeter bezel, and full chronograph functions with subdials for seconds, 30 minutes, and 24-hour time. 
Measuring 46mm in diameter with a 15.43mm case thickness, the watch is fitted with a rally-style black rubber strap featuring a tire tread backing and a stainless steel buckle engraved with “911.” Offered with its original box, warranty card, and factory documents, this exceptional timepiece is ready to be shipped worldwide with full insurance and careful packaging as stated by the seller.

@JDouglas My recent shipment of a watch to the US, worth $2,500, resulted in exactly $109 in US tax, so it's a bit different than what you're describing. Before receiving the item, the customer is informed what tax they should pay at their local office. I'm using UPS as an example, but cheaper and lower-value items have lower customs duties.
