Available for auction is a late 67-68 Recaro seat. The seller states the seat has no headrest however it does have a thicker boxed metal structure at the top of the backrest signifying it to be a 68 with what appears to be holes in the headrest and that there is no indication that the seat ever utilized the headrest option and is believed to be a vinyl seat. The seller states the seat is in very good condition including the foam padding inserts and support bands. The seller states the seats would fit the late 67, 68, Porsche 911 S but would also work in any early year 65-73. The seller states the seat is missing the seat console and driver side recliner. Please confirm fitment prior to bidding.

Just a last minute note: You can get the proper console from Enmalig in Huntington Beach to finish this original seat off and possibly the seat recliner. This is a great seat and very comfortable. Same seat once fully restored as the ones going for high dollars. Thank you all who came by, had a look, and to those bidding!

@PorscheÜberAlles Hi, I do have the two vertical rails. The ones that lift the seat up and down and they are powder coated black. I don't have the forward back rails. Adding another photo of the vertical adjusters.
Does it have bottom brackets and or sliders?
@GreenT Hi GreenTea, as stated this seat needs a driver side recliner. It's currently missing but the seat is two pieces. Bottom and back. These seat only takes a recliner on the driver side with just a tab on the passenger side to hold the back in place, by design.
Thanks!
Does the back recline
