@por356c is not a stanchion, is just a black case I had the sign resting on so that it wouldn't get scratched on the concrete, the sign is just the crest itself and yes can pick up if need be

Thanks! One two last questions please - it looks like a stanchion of sorts is attached to the bottom of the sign. If I were to hang the sign on the wall, could that stanchion be removed? And is a pick-up in Wisconsin ok?
