Available for auction is an illuminated Camel Lotus Ayrton Senna sign. The seller states the sign was originally placed in a tobacco shop in Spain and is believed to be dated around 1987, which is the year Camel began partnership with the Lotus Racing Team. The Lotus 99T created by Gérard Ducarouge, allowed Ayrton Senna to win two races that year and get on the podium eight times in total, allowing him to finish third that season and also make the Lotus Camel team finish the season in third. The sign is double sided with a hard PVC frame finished in yellow. 
The Camel oval is screen printed on the inside. The sign is illuminated by Fluorescent 15W lighting connected to a European type cable and plug with 220V network connection. The seller states a 220-110V power adapter can be connected for use outside the EU. This sign uses two cables with rings to hang from the ceiling and remain suspended. The sign has two small lights at the bottom that have been changed to LEDs, due to the previous ones burning out. The seller states the sign has very few signs of use or aging and is in good overall condition. 
The sign measures 9.45” in height, 31.50” in length, with a depth of 5.9”.
