The wheels are wrapped in Michelin tires however, the date codes display 2008/2009. These wheels are best suited for 996 Turbo models but may fit other vehicles. Perfect for day-to-day driver wheels- they don’t scratch like factory painted rims, so they are very durable. They are round, roll true and have been freshly balanced with the tires. Just mount-and-go.

Hello everyone - these wheels came in addition to, a 2001 996 turbo I bought over a year ago. They appear as factory solid spoke rims that have been professionally chrome plated. I have seen 996 turbo wheels listed for sale on the web before so maybe these are not too uncommon.
The tires are older and I had them assessed and balanced at the local Mr. Tire store. I have used them several times and they roll very smooth. Perfect extra set of rims for snow tires or as “get to the track” wheels, etc.
