@bobsright manufactured in Italy and the rim was bent and heat was used to put back into alignment
What cause the discoloration on the backsides and who is the manufacturer?

these are the offsets, I'm unsure if they will fit your 928 S4. You can look up your wheel sizes with the dimensions above
