Available for auction is a Ferrari Italstyle Cavallino print suitcase. The Italstyle bags were manufactured by Italstyle in Italy and were the first attempts at Ferrari luggage-making before the connection with Schedoni starting in the 1980s. Italstyle is the brand that was made famous for the Cavallino print design by Fiamma Breschi, Enzo Ferrari’s girlfriend at the time.
This example is finished in cloth with brown leather finishing and straps. The bag is finely detailed with the laurel wreath and prancing horse print known from the pouches, luggage sets, and other Ferrari merchandise from the late 1970s and early 1980s.
This large suitcase measures approximately 29'' x 7.5'' x 20'' and is in good well preserved condition. The seller states minor traces of age and storage are visible on the lower corners.
