Available for auction is an original hand-drawn artwork by Clive Botha, also known as ‘The Cartist’, featuring a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO. The original drawing measures 12.6" x 18.9" and was created on a high-quality Strathmore Bristol 300gsm board using markers, pens, and pencils as well as gouache. The artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity and will be professionally packaged and shipped to the buyer in a solid postal tube.
Clive Botha is a professional automotive artist and designer based in South Africa and is a full member of the prestigious British Guild of Motoring Artists. Having a successful career spanning over 20 years working with the automotive industry, he followed his passion and went on to establish ‘The Cartist’ - a full-service Automotive Art & Design Agency and has successfully rendered artworks for clients across the globe ranging from corporates and collectors to enthusiasts. He specializes mainly in automotive art commissions and custom car artworks of classic and contemporary sports and performance cars. His mediums of choice are graphic markers, pens, and pencils; however, he does not focus on one particular style or medium. He often incorporates pastel, gouache, and airbrushing in his artwork, which ranges from quick sketches to highly finished renderings.

This is an original artwork that I rendered a few years ago. I loved it so much that I kept it as part of my personal collection. Now it’s time for this beautiful work of art to be enjoyed by someone else that loves and appreciates the legendary 250 GTO – which is undoubtedly one of the most iconic cars in the Ferrari stable!
Please note that the artwork will be shipped unframed. The buyer can then choose to go to a framing gallery of their choice to have it framed to their specifications.
Shipping fees are $60 USD. Secure payments can be made through PayPal. Shipping comes with full online track and trace. Delivery takes between 3 to 6 business days, depending upon destination and customs.
