Available for auction is an authentic illuminated MG sign. The sign is a flange style sign that features a glass face displaying the company’s logo. The single sided sign measures approximately 38” across with the bracket and 31” across without the bracket.



The internal sign components are accessed via the signs removable rear panel. In an effort to preserve the signs originality, the seller elected to keep the original fluorescent lighting but converted the wiring to 110v circuitry with a US plug. The sign is constructed of metal and exhibits some minor patina and rust along its edges and painted surfaces. The seller states the sign is believed to be from the 1960’s which is consistent with the advertising style and material of that time.
