The sign includes a fully powder coated raceway with a slide track system where you can position mounting brackets at the place of your choosing, UL listed, ON/OFF toggle switch, and drain holes as this can be mounted in or outdoors. 
The seller states the sign comes in a display crate that is meant for safe and secure shipping. The sign is illuminated internally by LED lighting and comes with a standard 120v with cord and plug, ready to plug and play. You could try USHIP, give them the dimensions, 11 feet by 32" and roughly 90 lbs with crate, it will fit in a Ford Transit type of van, that is what i have, i would think since NO TRAILER is needed, it would not be to bad. My zip is 49038. Thank You
