Available for auction is a new Ferrari Corso Pilota Avanzato Carbon/Kevlar racing helmet autographed by 24h of Le Mans Ferrari winner Dominique Bardini. Bardini finished 1st in class and 5th overall at the 1974 24h of Le Mans in the French-privateer Ferrari 365 GTB/4 LM.
The helmet was produced exclusively for Ferrari’s Corso Pilota Advanced driving course and was not available for public purchase. The helmet is constructed of a Carbon/Kevlar shell with a black Nomex interior lining. The exterior is finished in Ferrari Rosso Corsa and features black and silver accents, a Ferrari Corso Pilota logo on the front and the Ferrari Prancing horse logo on the back. 
The helmet size is Medium. The seller states the helmet is in new condition and has never been used. The seller notes slight deterioration of the rubberized coating on the end of the chin strap due to age. The Ferrari box is for display purposes only and is not included. Both helmets are New Old Stock and come with their original red Ferrari dust bags.
1. The carbon fiber helmet is identical to the helmets delivered with the Ferrari 550 Barchetta, however,
in lieu of the red exterior that is known to deteriorate and become sticky, it features a superb, high gloss, carbon fiber exterior with a red accent stripe, embellished with a silver Cavallino at the front and Ferrari logo at the back.
The interior is identical to the 550 Barchetta helmets, and is lined with red Dupont technical fabric that is both anti-allergic and antistatic, and luxurious tan leather. The helmet is size XS and comes with its original red Ferrari dust bag and two visors/peaks. It is in new condition, having never been worn.
2. The leather helmet is number 165 out of 999 and comes with its original, red Ferrari dust bag, the original tags and info booklet. It is size Large (L). It features a luxurious black/tan leather exterior with contrast stitching, complemented by a Cavallino badge on the visor/peak, silver engraved Ferrari badges on the side,
and a silver engraved 165/999 badge at the back.
The interior is lined in red Dupont technical fabric that is both anti-allergic and antistatic, and luxurious black leather. It is in new condition, having never been worn.
Both helmets are adorned with the Ferrari F1 drivers', Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, autographs.

This is a very rare opportunity to acquire an unused and very special Ferrari Corso Pilota Avanzato racing helmet autographed by D. Bardini, winner of the 1974 Le Mans GTS class in the Touroul/Pozzi Ferrari 365 GTB/4 (Daytona) Competizione.
The helmet was provided through the Ferrari Corso Pilota driving courses in the mid 2000's. It is a motorsport approved helmet with British Standard Rating BS6658-85. It is size Medium.
Optional bonuses include Mr. Bardini's autographed business card featuring the #71 Ferrari that he drove to Le Mans victory, a new Ferrari Corso Pilota luggage set, as well as an additional, new with tags, Ferrari Corso Pilota racing helmet in Giallo Modena/yellow, size XL.
