Combining the track-focused platform of the GT4 RS with the open-top bodywork of the 718 Spyder, the 718 Spyder RS offers the most visceral driving experience in Porsche’s model range. It features a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine rated at 493 HP, a 7-speed PDK transmission, Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), PASM Sport Suspension, and a lightweight aerodynamic design. This 2024 example is finished in GT Silver Metallic over a Black leather and Race-Tex interior with Carmine Red stitching. It comes equipped with the optional Weissach Package, 20” forged magnesium wheels, Front Axle Lift System, BOSE Surround Sound System, illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber, instrument dials in Guards Red, sun visors in Race-Tex, the Chrono Package, Light Design Package, and more. Purchased new by the current owner in October 2024, this 718 Spyder RS is now being offered for auction out of California with under 1k miles showing on the odometer.
Compared to a standard 718 Spyder, the RS version shares its front fascia, rear diffuser, side scoops, fender louvers, and NACA-ducted carbon fiber hood with the GT4 RS. It also features double-streamliners on the rear deck, a fixed Gurney Flap rear spoiler, and a lightweight removable soft top. This example is finished in GT Silver Metallic with a black soft top. The optional Weissach Package adds exposed carbon fiber to the front trunk lid, side air scoops, mirrors, rear spoiler, and roll bars, titanium 935-style tailpipes, and a Weissach Package logo embossed on the soft top. Other equipment includes bi-xenon headlights, clear LED taillights, a cabin wind deflector, and optional 20” 718 Cayman GT4 RS forged magnesium center-lock wheels in satin black.
Equipped with Full Bucket Seats, the cabin is appointed with Black leather and Race-Tex upholstery accented by carbon fiber trim and Carmine Red deviated stitching. It features optional seatbelts in Carmine Red, instrument dials and a Chrono stopwatch dial in Guards Red, illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber, sun visors and seatbelt outlet trims in Race-Tex, a center storage compartment lid in Race-Tex with an embossed Porsche crest, the Light Design Package, Voice Control, and BOSE Surround Sound System. The optional Weissach Package also adds Race-Tex upholstery to the upper dashboard, a Weissach Package logo on the dashboard trim, and embroidered logos on the headrests.
The naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 493 HP and 331 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. Standard equipment includes a Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) mechanically locking differential and PASM Sport Suspension. This example is also equipped with the optional Chrono Package and Front Axle Lift System. The balance of the original factory warranty is in effect.
This sale will include the original window sticker, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a tire inflator, a battery trickle charger, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “The car is almost new! It has only 800 miles! No aggressive driving record! Hope to find a buyer who likes it.”
