Equipped with a 7-speed manual transmission paired with a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter flat-six engine, this 2023 Porsche 992 Targa 4 GTS is presented in the Paint to Sample color of Polar Silver over a Mamba Green Extended Exclusive Manufaktur Leather Interior. At an original sticker price of over $249k, the car was configured with optional heated and ventilated 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, leather seat backrests with carbon fiber inlays, illuminated door sill guards in matte carbon fiber, the Deviated Stitching Interior Package, Night Vision Assist, Burmester High-End Surround Sound System, Front Axle Lift System, Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), rear axle steering, and much more. Acquired by the seller in March 2025, this highly optioned Targa 4 GTS is now being offered for auction out of Georgia with under 3k miles showing on the odometer.
This 992 is finished in the Paint to Sample color of Polar Silver with a folding black convertible top and a brushed silver Targa bar. The originally optioned Bordeaux Red top is included in the sale. The GTS model comes standard with the SportDesign Package which adds a more aggressive front and rear fascia with an extended front lip spoiler and a rear diffuser. This example also features optional LED-Matrix Design headlights in black with Porshe Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+), illuminated lateral gills on the taillights, power-folding exterior mirrors in carbon fiber, SportDesign side skirts, painted decklid grille slats, under-door puddle light projectors, gloss black ceramic brake calipers, and black-finished 20”/21” 911 Turbo S center-lock wheels. The seller notes the front clip and mirror caps are covered by clear paint protection film and black stone guard decals are applied to the rear quarters. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
This GTS features Mamba Green Exclusive Manufaktur Leather Interior with optional deviated stitching and extended leather covering the dashboard, door panels, center console, air vents, sun visors, and passenger cupholder trim. Other options include heated and ventilated 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, Porsche-crested headrests, leather backrests with carbon fiber inlays, a heated GT Sport steering wheel with matte carbon fiber trim, a central tachometer and Sport Chrono stopwatch dial in Lizard Green, pedals and footrest in aluminum, and personalized illuminated door sills in matte carbon fiber. The car is also configured with optional Ambient Lighting, Surround View, an ionizer, a fire extinguisher, Lane Change Assist (LCA), Night Vision Assist, and Burmester High-End Surround System. Black seatbelts have been installed to replace the originally optioned Bordeaux Red seatbelts, which are included in the sale.
Producing up to 473 HP and 420 lb-ft of torque, the twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter flat-six engine drives all four wheels through a 7-speed manual transmission and a mechanically locking rear differential. The GTS model comes standard with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Sport Exhaust System, and the Sport Chrono Package. This example was also optioned with rear axle steering, Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB). The seller notes that a 3-year/30k-mile service is currently being performed by an authorized Porsche dealership, including a new coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, spark plugs, and filters.
This sale will include the original Bordeaux Red seatbelts and convertible top, the original window sticker, owner’s manuals, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “This edgy and spectacular color combination is for the driver interested in standing out amid a sea of Chalk, Agate Grey, & Black. The Mamba Green Manufaktur hides cover nearly every surface, including seats, lower dash, door cards, vents, and more. It's a wicked viewpoint from the cabin and continues to get compliments from onlookers eager to escape the mundane and repetitive specs flooding their local showrooms.”

VERY COOL THOUGH!
ooof, shoulda gone with "FISH" silver...it has a lot of green in it...Polar silver is blue based
amazing build that epitomizes porsche programs like special wishes unfortunately lots of short sighted people whose ignorance is on full display
Reserve too high on this, this is the cars 3rd time at auction. It will continue to sit on the dealer floor plan. No one is going to make the 20k back on this interior period. 226 plus fee was more than fair. I always try to remember when looking at cars like this, sometimes “special” doesn’t mean unique.
The Market has spoken on this one. Hope it finds a good home.

Good morning bidders, please let us know if there are lingering questions keeping you from bringing this Targa home. We'll be available right up until the end of the auction. For those on the fence, yes its striking, yes it can be polarizing, but yes! It's absolutely brilliant when you get it out around normal cars and normal color palettes. Whoever ends up owning this one won't be disappointed!
Bid in the amount of $165,000
The perfect spec.
GLWA.
@gasmotorcars great forward thinking! Just read the full listing, sorry had missed it.

@the.car.museum Good morning and good news! For those thinking the same as you (apprehension to anger the car gods) the original top and belts are included in the sale. Photo 277 for reference.
@exert I’d argue Polar Silver isn’t even the most surprising part of this spec—you may have missed the original red Targa top paired with a Lime Green interior. It was the ultimate Christmas combo. Shame it was changed, really. Sooner or later, someone would’ve appreciated the bold originality and preserved it.
I can already see it—it’s 2060, and some passionate Porsche enthusiast is combing through records, trying to identify the exact shade of red for a proper restoration. I just hope the seller saved a piece of that red fabric, so one day, it can be brought back to its original glory. Because let’s be honest, if the car gods wanted a black top, they would’ve made it that way. Sure, the black roof might make for an easier sale today, but this car wasn’t born to wear black.
Bid in the amount of $150,000
@muddymogriffin he tried to bully bring a trailer and sue people for defamation etc. He admitted in court documents that he was bidding on the car l and that it was legal because he is just on the board of the 501c3.
@frisky Arguably the most notorious car to ever appear on BAT. Whatever happened to the good doctor and his accomplices?
With a reputable seller and a clean title, should do much better on this forum.
Well this spec is obviously unique, and as my dear departed aunt used to say "there's a lid for every pot." Perhaps the strangest aspect of this spec is getting a PTS allocation and choosing silver as your colour, perhaps the most common colour for 911s. I get that it's polar, and therefore has some historic connection to 993s and other classic Porsches, but the average person will see this, Dolomite and GT Silver together and perceive them as the same colour, or at least be shocked that someone would spend $13k to get a slightly different shade of a regular colour.
Extraordinary Car!
Good morning all, great to see some appreciation for the Targa over the weekend! We're available for questions as always.
Whoever replaced the original red seatbelts and targa top with black did the Lord's work. This spec is absolutely spectacular now.
Bid in the amount of $137,500
Just fyi I recently looked into buying a car from seller and although I didn’t buy they were very easy to deal with, completely transparent, and are truly enthusiasts.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them👍
@frisky
Thanks for that awesome read. What a story! U really did some nice work.
Nonetheless with the black roof and other fixes this remains a great build.
Anyone curious about the spec should look at the previous bring a trailer listing for this car.
I like the black top. This was really special ordered in pts, exclusive green leather, and a RED targa top???
Like I said I like the black top. Beautiful and very well optioned targa. Burmester is worth every penny
@cavemanmoore Good question and thanks for asking. The window sticker is in the gallery and does show the $17,110 line item for exclusive leather.
Additional content has been added to the gallery for this listing.
Is the Mamba Green Manufaktur leather original to the car? Is the original window sticker available?
@Rboodram2014 Where's the fun in that? Rest assured it's reasonable but there's only one way to find out!
Bid in the amount of $100,000
Curious what range is the reserve
