Intricately hand-finished by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, the 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series is a limited-edition model that showcases the craftsmanship of Porsche’s in-house customizations department. It features exposed carbon fiber exterior accents, an Aerokit, a special black leather interior with Golden Yellow contrasts, and an exclusive Powerkit that raises the twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six engine’s output to 607 HP. One of only 500 Exclusive Series Coupes produced in total, this 2018 example is finished in Golden Yellow Metallic and equipped with optional 20” carbon fiber center-lock wheels, Burmester High-End Surround Sound System, Front Axle Lift System, additional Alcantara upholstery, Porsche Entry & Drive, and Lane Change Assist (LCA). Showing over 5k miles on the odometer, this rare Turbo S Exclusive Series is now being offered for auction out of Maryland.
The exterior is finished in Golden Yellow Metallic with stripes on the hood and roof panel that expose the underlying carbon fiber material. The Exclusive Series features an Aerokit front spoiler, carbon fiber side skirt accents, a revised carbon fiber rear apron, and an Aerokit rear spoiler with a deployable carbon fiber wing. Exposed carbon fiber is also used for the mirror covers, side air intakes, and decklid ram air scoop. Other details include LED headlights in black with the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), Exclusive Manufaktur fender badges, black stainless-steel exhaust tips, and black ceramic brake calipers with gold Porsche lettering. This example is equipped with optional Exclusive Manufaktur 20” carbon fiber center-lock wheels dressed in original Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin showcases heated and ventilated 18-way power-adjustable sport seats trimmed in black leather with Golden Yellow deviated stitching and perforation that reveal underlying Golden Yellow accents. The headliner is made of black Alcantara with a Golden Yellow double-stripe look. Fine copper thread is integrated into the carbon fiber trim strips for a unique appearance. Amenities include a black leather multifunction steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, illuminated carbon fiber door sills, optional sun visors and belt outlet trim in Alcantara, Porsche Entry & Drive, Lane Change Assist (LCA), Voice Control, the Burmester High-End Surround System, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation, and black carpet floor mats with Golden Yellow stitching. A commemorative plaque on the passenger-side dashboard trim shows the car’s individual production number.
The Exclusive Series features a Powerkit that raises the twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six engine’s output to 607 HP, an increase of nearly 30 HP over that of the standard Turbo S. All four wheels are driven through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission, providing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in less than 3 seconds. Standard features include Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), the Sport Chrono Package, rear-axle steering, and Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC). This example is also equipped with the optional Front Axle Lift System. The seller notes a new battery was installed approximately 15 months ago, and a two-year/20k-mile scheduled maintenance was performed at Porsche Bethesda on July 30, 2025.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, the original window sticker, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “This car is in pristine condition. Never abused or tracked. Showroom condition. It is part of a beautiful collection which includes a Ferrari and a Lamborghini.”

Picture of the new replacement wheel has been posted along with the original box that it can in. Please see pictures section.
@utahcraft - no need to post pictures. A beautiful replacement carbon wheel has been sourced and purchased from a Porsche dealer. It will be mounted by the local Porsche dealer. I'll post a pictures of the replacement wheel.
@RonSusser I am still contemplating making you an offer. But the apparent damage to the wheel in photo #40 appears to be more extensive than a " hairline crack" and calling this "showroom/mint condition" is a bit misleading. Can you post some better pictures of the damage? Thanks.
Offer in the amount of $267,500
Offer in the amount of $255,000
@utahcraft - yes, there is a hairline crack in one of the wheels - it has been there since the car had approx. 50 miles and the wheel has never lost 1 pound of air pressure. These wheels are hard to find if you wanted to replace one or more. There was a set on Pcarmarket a few months ago I believe. The current owner is living with it and the car performs as designed.
@RonSusser Any comment on the apparent damage to right front wheel?
Reasonable as. I think it will sell fast.
@Pcarliebhaber Picture 40?
have one of the wheels been damaged? Seems so in one of the pictures? Any idea if you can order a new wheel and the cost?
Offer in the amount of $250,000
These are literally the best version of a 911 Turbo ever made. The 992 has yet to have one this special. These are certain collectibles
@Ronjenkinsdc And mine didn’t even have the carbon wheels option!
Hunt in the hunt for a steal.
No way this sells under 300k is my guess.
Two cabs for sale right now both asking 350k. https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/inventorylisting/viewDetailsFilterViewInventoryListing.action?searchId=61249969-b477-4ef7-9f21-48e0f515d88f&zip=40059&distance=50000&entitySelectingHelper.selectedEntity=d404&sourceContext=carGurusHomePageModel&sortDir=DESC&sortType=PRICE&makeModelTrimPaths=m48&makeModelTrimPaths=m48%2Fd404&srpVariation=DEFAULT_SEARCH&isDeliveryEnabled=true&nonShippableBaseline=0&startYear=2019&endYear=2019#listing=346308864/NONE/DEFAULT

With 4 bidders over 240 and no other one available in the US, seems like this is either not close, or RNM, we'll see soon enough.

@hunt - yes
Does it come with everything it came with when they originally purchased it?
@hunt - 1 owner vehicle
How many owners has it had?
@hunt - no. Sold as is. No ppf. Next owners option.
How many owners? Will the seller take care of putting PPF on it?
Great to see market love for this vehicle. I was at the launch at the Quail and it had a rough start but glad to see values are now commensurate with all of the special work and effort put into the builds. Hope it finds a great home!
@SJH1985. Actually, the opposite is true. 500 coupes and 200 cabriolets were made. Also, most were made in golden yellow metallic. The other colors were special order.
@SJH1985 - thanks for your comment and I agree. I believe that this is the only coupe for sale at the moment (don't quote me on that but based on my quick search).
Very hard to find an Exclusive Series Coupe in this color, most were cabriolet. This is a stunning example, GLWS!
Bid in the amount of $240,000
@syed - let's have a positive attitude. Reserve is very reasonable.
Have a feeling that reserve is too high and this is headed for the tank. Beautiful vehicle. GLWS.
Bid in the amount of $238,000
@Jbwz65 - service docs have been added by the admin. Please see above (next to the carfax report).
@RonSusser - Thank you.
@Styve3942 - No, there are no chips anywhere - appears to be a reflection of some sort.
Are there chips by the rear passenger side taillight? There seem to be from the pictures. Thank you.
We're down to the home stretch. Good luck to all bidders and watchers. I'll be around for any final questions.

@Jbwz65 - there is no PPF on the car and there also no stone chips on the front of the car or anywhere else on the car for that matter. Both keys are included as well as all service records. The car has been exclusively serviced at Porsche of Bethesda, MD with all invoices included. All manuals that were included in the leather pouch as new are included with this car.
Bid in the amount of $500
The title of this vehicle's listing has been adjusted.
@RonSusser Does the car have any PPF? If not, are there any stone chips on the front not visible in the photos? n Do you have both keys? Any service documentation, accessories or other related catalogs that come with the car? Can you add pics of the manuals and any other items that come with it?
They'll correct it as soon as they get in this morning. Don't know how I missed it or how they missed it. Oh well, it's a coupe.
Most be a hard top lol
Got to be the hardest "soft top" I've ever seen!
Wasn’t this listed on pcarmarket before?
@PCarMarket - edit description to remove "Cabriolet"
Awesome car. But the heading/title is wrong; this ins't a cabriolet.
