Built new by Porsche as a factory race car, the GT4 Clubsport model combines the potent 3.8-liter flat-six engine from the road-going Cayman GT4 with a lightweight track-ready chassis. It features a 6-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission, a mechanical differential lock, GT3 Cup-spec suspension, KW adjustable coilovers, a Krontec air jack system, a full FIA roll cage, carbon fiber racing seats, Schroth safety harnesses, a flat-bottom Alcantara steering wheel, and a fire extinguisher. Remaining undriven with its transporting tires still mounted and only 24 miles showing on the odometer, this collector-grade 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport is now being offered for auction out of Illinois.
Finished in White, the lightweight aluminum-steel composite bodywork features a front spoiler, OMP tow straps, hood pins, side air intakes, LED taillights, a carbon fiber rear wing with a Gurney flap, and a rear diffuser with twin center-mounted exhaust tips. The silver 18” ten-spoke alloy wheels remain dressed in original Michelin transport tires. Factory-applied protective plastic also remains on the windshield.
The GT4 Clubsport’s interior is stripped for weight savings and features an integrated FIA-specification roll cage. This example is equipped with a Recaro bucket seat for the driver, while an OMP bucket seat is fitted on the passenger side. Accessories include an Alcantara-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel with carbon fiber paddle shifters, carbon fiber door panels, Schroth safety harnesses, a fire suppression system, power windows and mirrors, air conditioning, and a central carbon fiber switch panel.
A mid-mounted 3.8-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 385 HP and 310 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission and a mechanical differential lock. The car comes standard with GT3 Cup-spec suspension components, KW adjustable coilovers, an air jack system, traction control, an adjustable anti-lock braking system, and cross-drilled 380mm disc brakes with fixed 6-piston aluminum calipers in the front and 4-piston versions at the rear.
This GT4 is accompanied by the original sales literature, a technical handbook, air jack equipment, and a bill of sale.

@RacingPorsche We had the engine oil and brake fluid changed at a Porsche Center in Sweden just prior to shipping as part of our inspection process. Gearbox fluids have not been changed yet. Easy for our technicians to do so if the buyer would like it done.
Have all fluids been changes prior to sale? When was last oil change? Was transmission fluid ever changed?

@Helix10 Similar to most racecars of this era FIA certification dates have come and gone. We will include a new harness system with the sale. That is the only item generally inspected for Trackday use. For racing, the fire bottle will need recertified. Not a costly process. PCA Clubracing and other amateur sanctioning bodies do not require a current FIA certification for the fuel cell. We have opened the fuel cell and inspected the membrane and foam. No signs of deterioration found. The seat on this car is still in date it has a 10 year certification.

As a guy getting ready to go do some work on his 2007 Cayman S which is race-ready, I must say that this car is one of the most beautiful things I've seen all day... Wish I was able to join the bidding!

@Helix10 This car has all factory options. The MR version was introduced later in 2016 which became the homologated car for SRO and IMSA. The MR had carbon fiber body parts and adjustable shocks.

@Aprilia69 the driver’s seat is adjustable for height by unbolting the seat from the frame and moving it to an alternate mounting point. There are either two or three positions where the seat bucket can be mounted in the frame. The car comes with one set of cushions as delivered new from the factory. Putting a generic cushion on top of the factory cushion in the driver seat will also offer extra height.
The steering wheel is adjustable for both tilt and telescoping.
Does the P 1300 driver seat have vertical height adjustment, or is it achieved by filler pads? Does the car come with the three sets of padding inserts? I'm 5'8" and drive my GT4 RS with the seat set to the highest position which also moves it forward, creating a very comfortable driving position. Also just confirming the steering wheel is telescopic and height adjustable? Thank you, GLWA!

@HelpMeHelpU the European cars are identical to the US in specs in most regards. Most of the cars we see in the US were specified by PMNA. 60 L fuel cells, boosted brakes no AC. It was possible here and worldwide to specify the car with 100 L fuel cell and Cup Car dual master cylinder brake actuation. This is the more desirable set up and the way this car is configured. Air-conditioning was an option and is installed on this car. We have seen cars come out of Europe without air jacks or the P 1300 seat. Again, this car has both of those features. It is the same as a PMNa car other than that. And there could be PMNA cars equipped like this one. The options were worldwide available.

@Rks05370 We acquired the car from the original owner out of Sweden. It comes with the standard running accessories like air jack wand, safety stands and data cable. There were no spare wheels included.
@mdkilken the 16 GT4 Clubsport came with Riccardo P 1300. There was only one size shell. There are three sizes of padding inserts. The large set has very thin padding, and the small set has very thick. That’s how they size the seat for different drivers. Many 6’4” guys run these cars with the P 1300.
