Powered by a Lamborghini-derived 5.2-liter V10 engine delivering up to 525 HP to all four wheels, this 2012 Audi R8 V10 Quattro Coupe has been recently converted to equip a 6-speed manual transmission. It comes finished in Phantom Black Pearl over black leather with Crimson Red stitching and features 19” Y-design wheels, Carbon Fiber Sigma side blades, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, automatic climate control, a rearview camera, and more. Registered in California until the current seller’s acquisition in February 2025, this R8 is now being offered for auction out of Georgia with fewer than 25k miles showing on the odometer.
The R8 features an aluminum monocoque spaceframe and, compared to the standard V8 model, the V10 variant is distinguished by its full LED headlights, wider sill panels, and flared lower side blades. This example is finished in Phantom Black Pearl and equipped with Carbon Fiber Sigma side blades, an R8-branded aluminum fuel cap, and an aftermarket carbon fiber rear spoiler. It rides on 19” Y-design alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires from 2021 and used for approximately 4k miles. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the cabin is appointed with black leather upholstery accented by Crimson Red stitching. Features include heated and power-adjustable seats, a three-spoke flat-bottomed multifunction steering wheel, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, automatic climate control, and an infotainment system with Audi navigation and a rearview camera. As part of the 6-speed manual conversion, a polished aluminum gated shifter has been installed. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are reported to be in proper working order.
Surrounded by Carbon Sigma trim, the naturally aspirated 5.2-liter FSI V10 engine was factory-rated at 525 HP and 391 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through Audi’s Quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system. Upon the seller’s acquisition in February 2025, the original 6-speed R-tronic transmission was converted to a manual setup using new OEM components, and the conversion is backed by a 2-year warranty. The accompanying CARFAX report shows a total of 11 documented service history entries.
This sale will include a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “We at Nexus Auto Brokers LLC and NEXUSTUNED are one of the very select shops that provide gated manual conversions on Audi R8s and Lamborghini Gallardos. Our conversions come with a two-year warranty on the conversion parts. We are the only used R8 dealership that buys and converts the inventory cars that get sold as converted gated cars.”

@Blubusdrvr HA! Share the numbers with us too so we can buy some more R8s
@Ripstick19 We believe he might be new. Usually new members for online auction platforms do ask. We got a call this morning asking whats the reserve
@TheButler Hahahaha! Does anyone have tomorrows winning lottery numbers??
@TheButler That is not appropriate to even ask and not allowed to be disclosed.
@gruvexotics you are super welcome. we will get the driving videos and cold start etc. we do not have service records just how carfax lists. its a super super nice car in and out. hard to find Gen 1 R8s in such condition that was the main reason we purchased it since we always want a perfect car to manual convert. Also guessing you are a dealer if so not an issue we do plenty of dealer to dealer transactions as well.
Thanks for answering the questions and for the walkaround video. Kindly post cold start and driving videos, those would help. Do you have the service records perhaps?

@gruvexotics Thank you for genuine questions much appreciated.
- What's the condition of the mag rides, are they still the OEM ones?
They look and ride good. Don't have records if they were changed.
- Stock exhaust I presume?
Yes still stock exhaust if it was our personal car we would throw some nice Akrapovic :) but our personal car is already AMS Performance Twin turbo 1000HP package with custom exhaust
- Do you have the original window sticker?
Do not have the window sticker it appears but def a loaded V10 this one
- Reason for gap in service from 1K to 15K miles?
many reasons most common one is not all shops in 2012-2019 time frame reported to carfax. Our experience is most owners esp California based cars always serviced their R8s Gallardos etc.
- Open to taking the car for PPI in the area?
Since it's a live auction we cannot let the car move from our dealership. Mot common option is Lemon Squad they can come to our shop. They do plenty of R8s even the converted ones so they have the experience.
Any more questions PLEASE feel free to call us at the shop. Happy and honored to answer questions

Whats the reserve price / number?
We will be posting driving videos, walk around videos, paint meter readings etc
@luis.seneriz Thank you for the honest question. Our first conversion was 2 years ago when we converted our 2012 Gallardo SL to manual. Right after that we converted our Gen 1 R8 and did Twni Turbos and been driving that one around. We specialize in gated R8s Gallardos along with our bread and better Nissan GT-Rs. We JUST sold a factory gated R8 this week. Since we sell so many of these we always have the opportunity to drive them side by side. We don't see any difference at all since these are the same but brand new parts from Audi Germany. As far as how many we have done we are right at 8 conversions at the moment over the last 1 year.. Main reason again is that conversions is not the only thing we do and we provide the full lifecycle management for R8, Gallardo, Huracan and GT-Rs along with Toyota Lexus and BMW M cars. Happy to get on the phone and answer any questions you might have. Thank you again!
@TexasBear Good day! No PPF on it however we are authorized PPF shop here and happy to work that. last one we sold ended up getting full front PPF. We will post paint meter readings as well. it's a very very nice car. We only acquire the best ones before we convert them.
@nexusautobrokers. How many cars have you guys converted so far? How long ago was the first conversion? Driving the car is there any noticeable difference compared to a factory manual car? Thank you, Luis in Texas.
