Finished in Guards Red over Black full leather upholstery, this 2010 Porsche 997.2 Carrera 4S Coupe pairs a 6-speed manual transmission with its 3.8-liter flat-six engine. It was further configured with 19” Carrera Classic wheels, 5mm wheel spacers, Dynamic Cornering Lights, the Sport Chrono Package Plus, Sport Seats, and much more. Showing approximately 91k kilometers (less than 57k miles) on the odometer, this C4S is now being offered for auction by its seller out of British Columbia.
This 997.2 comes finished in Guards Red and can be distinguished as a 4S from the standard Carrera by its wide fenders, red brake calipers, and reflector band connecting the taillights. Options include Dynamic Cornering Lights, self-dimming mirrors, and 19” Carrera Classic wheels with 5mm spacers and colored Porsche-crest center caps. The seller notes the car was previously wrapped, and removal of the film revealed paint damage that has since been addressed with touch-ups and clear coat. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin presents Black full leather with optional Sport Seats. Additional options include XM Radio, a Bluetooth interface, a universal audio interface, a navigation module for PCM, and the Sport Chrono Package Plus, which features a stopwatch dial on the dashboard.
Power comes from a direct fuel-injected 3.8-liter flat-six engine, factory-rated at 385 HP and 310 lb-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven through a 6-speed manual transmission. The optional Sport Chrono Package Plus is factory-equipped, and a Fabspeed cold air intake has been installed. The seller adds that the spark plugs were recently replaced, and a bore scoring & compression test was performed.
This sale will include a Canadian registration.

I believe you pay tariffs and duties with the proper paperwork when importing into the US. @kkswow12 the 25 year is just for an exemption, you can still import with fees.
Do tariffs apply?
Do you have the DME report?

We have uploaded photos showing the damage to the paint before the work was done to repair it. For context, the shop that wrapped the car had sanded down imperfections in the paint to make the wrap lie flat, causing the hood and bumper damage. When the wrap was taken off, it was also done improperly and caused the Clear to come off with The right amount of heat was not used or the procedure for taking off the wrap.

I have a 2010 Cayman S. I drove up to Banff a few years ago and found that I could change to metric speed and odometer with the stalk that does the TPMS, oil level check. That would save changing the cluster out. Pity about the crappy tariff hit on the sale of the car.

A cluster swap MIGHT be necessary and that is approx. $1,000. We can assist with all this. how difficult is it to get the US, chicagoland area ? thanks.
I'm interested in the process of importing this beauty to the US in terms of time, costs, process etc.
@hoenignd We will paint meter the car to show you where it has had paintwork / clear coat redone to remedy the peeling paint.
No shoddy areas with touch up paint. Rather we resprayed panels.
Standby for paint meter readings. Thank you
@BR356 Service records are available on CARFAX, showing the work done and its history. In our ownership, we have done the spark plugs, health check and the oil change.
Can you point out where is/was the paint damage/correction from the wrap removal? I don’t think I’m seeing that in the pictures.
Also, are you familiar with what it would take to import to the US, both process and cost? I think a lot of great Canadian cars don’t get sold because potential buyers don’t think it will be worth the hassle. Any info there would help with my own bidding.
Service records?brakes? waterpump? spark plugs, etc etc.
