This 2008 Porsche 997 Carrera S Coupe is finished in Carrara White over a Black leather interior. It was factory-equipped with a 6-speed manual transaxle paired with its 3.8-liter flat-six engine, optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), Sport Chrono Package Plus, heated Adaptive Sport Seats, and 19” Carrera Sport wheels. This 997 was purchased by the seller from a PCA member in October 2024 and has been modified with aftermarket LED taillights,19” BBS CH-R wheels, and a high-end custom sound system featuring JL Audio speakers, an amplifier, and a Kenwood head unit with an integrated backup camera. Showing just over 37k miles on the odometer, this Carrera S is now being offered for auction out of Michigan.
Finished in Carrara White, the exterior features bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, aftermarket LED taillights, heated power mirrors, rain-sensing windshield wipers, an electric sunroof, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and quad exhaust outlets. Yellow ceramic brake calipers are mounted behind aftermarket 19” BBS CH-R wheels with new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires mounted in April 2025. The original factory-optioned 19” Carrera Sport wheels are included in the sale. The seller describes the exterior as being in excellent overall condition apart from a few small rock chips, a minor ding on the passenger rear quarter, and some signs of road-going wear on the rockers. A full exterior paint correction was performed in November 2024, followed by an application of ceramic coating. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, this 997 features optional heated Adaptive Sport Seats in Black leather along with a matching dashboard, door panels, carpets, and Alcantara headliner. Accessories include a three-spoke leather steering wheel, a Sport Chrono dashboard stopwatch, automatic climate control, cruise control, a remote central locking system, and an onboard computer. The sound system has been upgraded with a JL Audio amplifier, speakers, and a Kenwood DNX997XR head unit with navigation and an integrated backup camera. Some scratches are notes on the parking brake handle, along with minor wear on the leather seats. The seller adds that the climate control buttons are in excellent condition and new OEM floor mats were installed in 2024.
Featuring dry-sump lubrication and VarioCam Plus variable valve timing, the naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine was rated at 355 HP and 295 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transaxle. Performance features include Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), the optional Sport Chrono Package Plus, and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB). The CARFAX report shows that the water pump was replaced in 2014, a major 40k-mile service was performed in 2018, and a 10k-mile interval service was carried out in 2023, all by Porsche Jacksonville in Florida. The most recent oil and filter change was done under the current ownership at 37,192 miles. The seller adds that a borescope cylinder inspection was performed in July 2025, which found minimal scoring.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a tire inflator, the original 19” Carrera Sport wheels, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Fantastic example of a low mileage, 911 STICK coupe. Really hard to find one’s stock like this car, most are high mileage and not well cared for. This car is so solid on the road, it will astound you behind the wheel! NEW rubber helps! I'm only selling because my wife cannot drive it; her knees are bad, so PDK, here we come! I really hate to see this car go; someone is going to be VERY happy!”

Is Euroautoworks the shop you take it to ?
Great questions - factory PPF still in place in front of rear wheels. None other on car. No tint on windows. As far as check engine lights, none. Haven't seen any during ownership.
Any PPF or window tint on the car?
And I see no check engine lights or dash lights which is a good thing!

Awesome looking car congrats to the winner
Had a request for details on the NEW Kenwood stereo system installed in April 2025. Pictures of the books and the receipt from the purchase are uploaded now. Working on getting a paint meter today to do that as well! Thanks for all the great questions, requests!

I do not have the sticker or a "build sheet", maybe some others in my club can help. Standby, thanks for asking, others can benefit too!
For some reason, VINanalytics is not pulling up the build sheet on this car - I don’t see a window sticker. Seller can you please share a build list? With these options, it would be unusual not to see an option to 220. Thanks!
Available this afternoon for a chat, after say 1400. I do have a cold start video, will try get uploaded ASAP
Thank you for bringing this up, a worry for any 997 owner. How much, how bad, and what can you do? Talked about alot online, follow those recommendations. My local mechanic said to do the same things, especially frequently change oil, limit cold weather starts etc. He gave this car a 1 out of 1 to 5 for level of scoring. NOTE: Rarely do I see scope photos for a 997 on this site, thanks for noticing my transparency. I just want the buyer to have confidence in knowing what they are purchasing.
Nice car, seller seems super honest. To whoever gets this beauty, watch Focus on Bore Scoring by Jake RAbi, flat six innovations. The scoring is there but there are many things you could do to prolong as much as possible the life of the engine. Short and more frequent oil changes, change oil to Valvoline Premium Blue 15W40. @seller, what a gorgeous car! Very nicely specc'd and love the darker wheels on the Carrera white. Did the mechanic provide photos with the borescope inspection that was just performed last month? If so, please post.
Also, I see the plate.. Thank you for your service.
Here to help anyway I can, try to answer questions, its a car ready to make you smile, I've enjoyed it every minute behind the wheel!
