After a 16-year hiatus, the M6 returned to BMW’s lineup based on the E63/64 6-Series platform, sharing its drivetrain with the E60 M5. Powered by the Formula 1-inspired 5.0-liter S85 V10, the most powerful engine fitted to a BMW production car at the time, the M6 produces up to 500 HP with an 8,250 RPM redline. This 2007 convertible example is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic over Merino Black leather and comes equipped with a 7-speed SMG transmission, M sport suspension, 19” Style 167 wheels, adaptive xenon headlights, a power-operated black soft top, heated seats, iDrive with navigation, and more. Showing under 38k miles on the odometer, this well-maintained example is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Canada.
The M6 can be differentiated from a standard 6-Series by its carbon-fiber composite front and rear bumpers, side skirts, quad exhaust tips, and M6 badging on the fenders and trunk lid. This example is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic and features high-gloss Shadowline trim, adaptive xenon headlights, front and rear parking sensors, and a power-operated black soft top. It rides on 19” Style 167 wheels fitted with Continental ExtremeContact tires driven approximately 3,700 miles. The seller notes two minor dents in the rear quarter panel. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is upholstered in Black Merino Full Leather, extending across the dashboard, center console, sun visors, windshield surround, and door panels. Optional carbon-fiber trim accents the dashboard, center stack, and door panels. Equipment includes 18-way adjustable M-Sport seats with heating and memory settings, a leather-wrapped M-Sport multifunction steering wheel, illuminated “M” door sills, an M-specific instrument cluster with a variable redline, tri-zone automatic climate control, front and rear Park Distance Control, and an 8.8” iDrive infotainment system with navigation. All gauges and electronics are reported to function properly.
Power comes from a 5.0-liter S85 V10 engine, generating a factory-rated 500 HP and 384 lb-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 7-speed SMG III automated manual transmission and M-variable limited-slip differential, enabling a 0–60 mph time of approximately 4.6 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. Performance systems include Electronic Damping Control and Dynamic Stability Control with M Dynamic Mode. Recent maintenance includes a brake fluid flush and replacement of the DSC unit at a cost of approximately $5,000 USD (~$7,400 CAD). The seller states the car has been routinely serviced at The BMW Store in Vancouver since 2008 and stored in a climate-controlled underground facility during the owner’s time abroad.
This sale will include the owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, an air pump, a sales brochure, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “This M6 has been meticulously cared for by BMW dealership (The BMW Store Vancouver) since owner's purchase in 2008. Living overseas for 10 months of the year for the past 10 years explains the low mileage and it shows he has maintained it thoroughly and properly. It has never seen snow and stored in a climate controlled underground facility.”

NormH. There are some scratches under the front end which is pretty typical for these cars. (Photo 68).
Yes small hole the size of a dime. It is only noticeable if you look underneath but not visible standing or walking around the car.
Hi skier1, Is there any damage or road rash on the front bumper and air dam? Its hard to see in the pics since the car is black. Is the damage behind the passenger rear wheel a hole in the composite? Thanks!
Thanks for the offers Tivu & NormH.

Hello Pcar community.
I'd like to mention that this was originally a California import and was exported to Canada in 2009. I have changed the computer back to miles and Fahrenheit.
This is very easily imported back to the US with minimal fees and will assist in the process getting south of the border if the buyer turns out to be located in the US.
Happy bidding on this fantastic piece of automobile history.
