Finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over Black full leather, this 2004 Porsche 996 GT3 was factory optioned with the Xenon Headlamp Package, a thicker steering wheel, aluminum instrument dials, Guards Red seatbelts, carbon and aluminum interior accents, and Custom Tailoring (Special Wishes requiring further communication). Performance-oriented upgrades include a Porsche Tequipment roll cage, GT3 RS clutch and lightweight flywheel, GT3 Cup limited-slip differential, GT3 Cup sway bars, H&R springs, FVD tuning, and S-Car-Go Racing headers and exhaust components. Showing under 42k miles, this GT3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Oregon.
For the 2004 model year, the 911 GT3 was updated with 996.2 facelift headlights along with a redesigned front fascia, lower front spoiler, side skirts, and rear wing. This example is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic with the optional Xenon Headlamp Package and colored Porsche crest center caps. It rides on 18” GT3 wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The exterior is said to present extremely well, with detailed images and a clean CARFAX report provided in the gallery.
The Black full leather cabin has been upgraded with period-correct Porsche bucket seats, Schroth five-point racing harnesses, a Porsche Tequipment roll cage, and rear-mounted MCS reservoirs. Factory options include a thicker leather steering wheel, aluminum instrument dials, Guards Red seatbelts, carbon and aluminum trim along the brake and shifter, cruise control, and air conditioning with full climate control.
Featuring integrated dry-sump lubrication, titanium connecting rods, and Variocam variable valve timing, the naturally aspirated 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six produces 380 HP and 284 lb.-ft of torque stock to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential. The seller states the coolant lines were welded in 2019, and the rear main seal was replaced. Performance upgrades include Moton Club Sport remote dampers, H&R springs, TRG rear upper monoballs, Torrington bearings, drop links, front monoballs, camber plates, GT3 Cup sway bars, GT3 Cup shifter, a GT3 RS clutch and lightweight flywheel, FVD engine software, welded coolant pipes, a new water pump, a GT3 Cup shifter, GT3 Cup limited-slip differential, and S-Car-Go Racing headers and exhaust components.
This sale will include a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “This is a fully dialed-in GT3. When I drove this car for the first time, I could not believe how well balanced and laser-sharp it is. Between the front-end alignment and how it goes wherever you want it to, to the amazing tone from this exhaust, this car really makes you feel like you're on a racetrack wherever you are.”

About an hour left here on our auction of this beautiful 996 GT3.
Bid with confidence! This car has been serviced religiously and kept in extremely nice shape - with records going back to new. The performance modifications would cost you well over $20,000 to replicate.
Good luck and happy bidding everyone!
@pnw-porsche 5112 is the TOTAL ignitions for range 1 and the last time it counted an ignition happened 4 hours ago.
Any context on the 5K Range 1 overrevs approx 4 operating hours ago?
Hey, I would love to bid subject to PPI.
OK TO DO A STAT PPI.
Crowley … Crowley… are you there?
who'd remove the roll bar? I mean, you gonna add rear seats too? LOL
@NYSport Some minor chips. Nothing abnormal or excessive.
@Rwhoutx Yes the car has heat and AC
Does the car have HVAC? Without question, the best driving video I've seen from an online listing! Well done!

@gpmotors,
Thanks for your reply.
@650max Roll bar can be removed, it's just bolted in. Yes there are normal seatbelts that are for street driving. Harness' can be used when on the track.
Can the roll bar be removed and are the normal seatbelts there?
Bid in the amount of $12,450
Very cool car. How much track time has this car seen?

@RJSunderland I have sourced a few sets now. They are a bit more expensive than I thought - but not bad. Right around $2,000
DME and paint meter readings have been uploaded.
I have records going back almost to when the car was new. Will post those shortly. The car has been serviced religiously.
@pdxjohn65 If you register it outside of the portland metro area where emissions testing it not required - yes
Regarding the cats - Can this car be registered and run in Oregon as-is?
Additional content has been added to the gallery for this listing.
(1) Cats: Can you source the correct GT3 cats? They tend to be pretty pricey for the GT3.
(2) DME Report: Is there a fresh report available?
(3) Paint Meter Readings: Do you have meter readings around the vehicle?
(4) Service Records: The CarFax is pretty limited re: maintenance. Did the previous owners track/document repairs/maintenance and are any of those records available?
(5) Pedals: Are those Rennsport style metal pedal pads adjustable or drilled through the stock pedal. The installer may have wanted the crooked install but they are usually vertical (and leave plenty of room for heal-toe operation).
@gpmotors Cats for 996 GT3s DO NOT come up for a couple hundred dollars. Maybe base Carreras but the GT3 cats are different. Last I checked, they were NLA new and there were a couple floating around for $3k each. There's two sets on RL for $2k...not a couple hundred...
Bid in the amount of $12,200
Bid in the amount of $11,911
How much has the car been tracked? Do you have a fresh DME for this sale?
@DaveWadf We have the original muffler, however no cats. Cats for these cars come up for sale often for only a couple hundred dollars. We can help source cats for california buyers.
Bid in the amount of $9,960
Do you have the original exhaust? Would need to pass smog in California
