Powered by an upgraded 2.7-liter flat-six engine, this 1974 Porsche 911 Coupe features modified RS/IROC-style bodywork and a custom interior. With approximately $140k reportedly invested in the build, the car features all-new seals, custom RS-style door panels, a Momo steering wheel, Corbeau bucket seats, and Rennline interior upgrades. Mechanical enhancements include a rebuilt 5-speed 915 manual gearbox, an SSI exhaust system, upgraded suspension components, a big brake kit, Fuchs-style wheels, and more. Previously sold here on PCARMARKET, this custom 911 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California.
Previously refinished in white, this 911 has been customized with wide fiberglass fender flares along with an IROC-style front bumper, RS-style ducktail rear spoiler, and modern projector headlights. The seller reports all-new seals have been fitted, along with custom Carrera side scripts, matching rear Porsche lettering, red brake calipers, and 17” Fuchs-style wheels with new Toyo Proxes RA1 tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The custom grey interior includes Corbeau bucket seats with plaid cloth inserts, RS-style door panels, and blue RS-style door pulls. An Alcantara-wrapped Momo steering wheel with a black 12 o’clock marker frames upgraded gauges with chrome bezels. Additional features include lightweight roll-up window handles, an upgraded radio, blue seatbelts, and Rennline components such as the ignition plate cover, pedals, and flooring.
Power is delivered by a custom-built air-cooled 2.7-liter flat-six engine reportedly producing 201 HP with 190 PSI compression on all cylinders. The rear wheels are driven through a rebuilt 5-speed 915 manual transmission, featuring a short-shifter kit. Performance upgrades include PMO carburetors, an SSI exhaust system, Elephant Racing braided oil lines, a front-mounted Susa oil cooler, and upgraded suspension with coil-over conversion, Tarrett sway bars, spring plates, and 935 front A-arms. Stopping is provided by an upgraded big brake kit featuring slotted floating rotors. A collection of service records will accompany the sale.
This sale will include a clean title and a host of documentation.
The seller would like you to know: “This custom-built 911 is in mint condition. It is very clean. Nearly $140,000 was invested in the project, with receipts and comprehensive documentation included.”

Picture 123 shows $6500 was spent on AC system. Was this not performed? Which other items in the invoices are incorrect?
@aliisworking that’s gross vehicle weight but would not be accurate for curb weight, especially with the replaced bumpers. Also I noticed in the previous sale on here that the compression numbers were low. How did you solve it? The 190 compression in the documents was in a work order dated 2021, which was before the last sale on PCarmarket
@hattia Yes it sure is. Ty

@ChadGee!
Thank you very much. It’s a beautiful car no doubt. About 900 miles on the new engine, which is the 2.7 S Motor. No issues the car drives beautiful and smooth. As far as the Tires I believe there are about two years old. I’ll go through the receipts and confirm and I have the DOT on the Tires but not the manufacturers date however, I’ll go through the receipts and make sure I can get you an answer tomorrow
Looks like an awesome 911 @seller!
Curious how many miles have been put on the car since the engine was rebuilt.
Any known issues or things that need to be addressed?
What state is the car titled in and is this a ROW car or was it originally imported into the states?
Can you provide the date codes for the tires?
I'll be watching this one.
Thank you!
