Available for auction is a 1:8 scale model of a 1956 Ferrari D50. The model was hand built by Allegro Pelloni who was the director of Battilastra for Scaglietti body shop at Scuderia Di Maranello from 1967-1997. After he retired be began making limited edition models of historic F1 cars and it is said that he made no more than 10 of each model.
The model is constructed of resin and some aluminum parts and features Allegro Pelloni’s signature in the resin at the bottom making this an authentic piece. The model measures approximately 10” in width with a length of 23”. The seller states the model is in good condition and is part of a collection that was purchased over a year ago.
