Available for auction is a race suit worn by the American road racing icon Hurley Haywood. Hurley Haywood has won the Daytona 24Hrs. 5 times, Le Mans 24 Hrs. 3 times and the Sebring 12 Hrs. twice. He is known as one of the best American drivers in Porsche’s racing history. In 2019 the Le Mans promoters honored Hurley as their Grand Marshal. This suit was custom made to be worn during the race and the seller states they obtained the suit Directly from Hurley as shown in the photos of him signing the suit. The sale includes a Porsche factory vest with a Brumos racing patch hand signed by Hurley as well as Hurley Haywood's autobiography which is also hand signed.

I believe this suit would fit me.
I had the pleasure of Hurley driving a new 911 GT3 rs at the Porsche Experience at the Amelia Island Concour d’ elegance in 2023 and I was the passenger. He was pulling major G forces as he accelerated and my head snapped back into the recaro seat. That was an experience, he was driving that Porsche 190 mph , then coming to a complete stop to display how quickly the ceramic brakes stopped that vehicle… it was quite impressive.
He was an amazing race car driver.

I guess it's only a matter of opinion, however, I consider him famously known as the best American Porsche driver! Seller is Audi or Mercedes fan? Ha!
The Porsche vest with the hand signed Brumos patch measures 22”from armpit to armpit. It is marked U.S. Medium but fits like a large.
