Available for auction is a pair of vintage Heuer timepieces. The seller states both timepieces have been maintained and are in excellent condition. Notably, both watches were serviced in 2022 and only exhibit light scratches in both the body and glass. These rare, pre merger, vintage Heuer timepieces are in excellent working condition and include their original boxes.
The Heuer Flyback Fisher timepiece is a vintage 1970s piece housed in a black fiberglass case with an acrylic crystal. Some features of the watch include a start/stop pusher at 100 seconds and a flyback pusher at 10 seconds. The magic of the flyback function lies in its ability to instantaneously reset and restart the chronograph with one press of a button, a feature that is as practical as it is mechanically ingenious. This innovation first took flight in the 1930s, primarily designed for aviators who needed to quickly reset and start their chronograph. Other features include an outer, white seconds track with black printing, an inner, black minute track with white printing, and a bright orange and yellow handset.
The Heuer Rattrapante is also housed in a black fiberglass case with an acrylic crystal. The Rattrapante is one of the most complex timepieces produced by Heuer at the time with its incorporation of a split second timing function. Features of this watch include; start/stop on the crown, control of split action by left/right side button and reset by right side button (when hands at rest).
Both watches feature 7 jewels, an unbreakable mainspring, are antimagnetic and shock protected. The seller states both watches will come in their original boxes. so ye there are few products on the market that allows you to mount it on your car. one of the more fancy ones ive seen are ones made by car-bones. but ye if you look for rally watch mounts there will be something.
