The sign measures 41” in width and the seller states the sign is in excellent condition. The sign features the classic Gulf color scheme of white, orange, and blue with the Gulf script. 
The Gulf Oil company was a major oil company in operation from 1901 to 1985. The eighth-largest American manufacturing company in 1941 and the ninth largest in 1979, Gulf Oil was one of the Seven Sisters oil companies. This sign captures the essence of classic petroliana and would make an excellent addition to any garage space or collection.
