Offered for auction here is a pristine, 1-owner 2007 997 Carrera Cabriolet. Having only traveled 15k careful miles since new, this extremely rare, all-original Olive Green Metallic exterior is paired with a sand beige interior providing a wonderful contrast. The seller states that this C2 Cab is in excellent turn-key condition and ready to be enjoyed by the next owner.
The 325hp 3.6L flat six delivers power to the rear wheels via the super desirable 6-speed manual transmission. The seller reports that this car has been driven very carefully throughout its whole life and is in excellent mechanical condition with no issues or warning lights displayed on the dash.
Nicely spec’d when ordered new, this Carrera had an original MSRP of $90,220 and included: heated front seats, colored wheel crests, power seat package, bi-xenon headlamps and Porsche Crest in the front headrests. The build sheet is shown in the gallery photos.
The sand beige leather interior is stated to be in excellent condition when compared to a one or two-year-old vehicle, let alone a 2007! By looking at the gallery photos it is clear that this 911 was extremely well cared-for and never abused.
The seller states that under his ownership he serviced the vehicle locally at Porsche of Fairfield. The tires were replaced in 2013 and have only covered 5k miles since they were installed. In addition to the records of all service and repairs, the seller will include a clean Carfax report, both keys, original books, and window sticker with the sale of this 911.
The 997 is becoming the favorite of many Porsche enthusiasts for multiple reasons that we all know of already. By this point in time, the cabriolet version has evolved so well that no compromises are made by owning one. Unlike cabriolets of the past years, these are coupe-like with the roof up in terms of road noise and leaks are basically non-existent.
