The result was unlike any engine ever built. This engine produced 350 bhp”. The boat was eventually purchased by Nando Dell Toro, an engineer, who was the last person to race it. The current owner conducted a complete engine rebuild and restoration of the boat at Ferrari Classiche in 2019 and sent it on a world tour. The boat measures approximately 21” x 9” x 9”.
The second was built in 2007, Ferrari enthusiast and power boat racer Eugenio Molonari built this boat with a Ferrari F430 engine. The Testarossa is acknowledged as the first Ferrari ‘Supercar’ in the modern era. Enzo Ferrari and the Ferrari design team worked with Riva to integrate the style of the Testarossa into a sleek vessel that would display the style of both companies. The vessel featured the wide side strokes of the Testarossa as well as its slotted rear end. The boat was powered by twin 390 hp 7,982cc, Vulcano 400 V8 engines and had a top speed of 62mph. Riva produced 40 boats in this series. The boat measures approximately 21” x 8” x 13”.
