It's new in the packaging
Good evening gents, I have a Ferrari team hat I will throw in with the auction with barcode (Mission, etc new in the factory packaging).

Not sure if it's certified for use, but I doubt it. I would think there would be a tag on it indicating the year if it was certified but I could be wrong. The chin strap and padding look "real deal". It's got some good weight to it also. I can certainly look into the matter, but to be safe I am not sure I would use this on the track.
