Available for auction is a Ferrari Arno Hydroplane. This is the first iteration of the model, originally sold through Ferrari Dealership Boutiques, and not the 27” replica with a removable stand made in Vietnam. Measuring 32” long, 12” wide, and 9” high with the stand, this model features a leather seat and a securely attached display stand with two metal supports, unlike later replicas.
The seller states it remains in mint condition and includes a Certificate of Authenticity, believed to be from the maker. Until recently, it had never been removed from its original packaging. The Ferrari Arno XI is a legendary hydroplane built in the early 1950s, designed specifically to break speed records on water.
Commissioned by Achille Castoldi, an Italian speedboat racer, the Arno XI was powered by a Ferrari 375 Formula 1 V12 engine, making it one of the most powerful boats of its time. Don’t miss your opportunity to own a piece of Ferrari’s engineering legacy. The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance, handling, and transactional fees. PCARMARKET is not responsible for anything lost or damaged during shipping.
