Available for auction is a Ferrari 288 GTO fitted luggage produced by Schedoni of Modena. This luggage was crafted specifically for the iconic twin-turbocharged supercar to be properly stored in the front trunk. This optional bag was constructed with tan leather and a gold cloth interior. Embossments featuring the Ferrari prancing horse, GTO logo, and Schedoni symbols can be found throughout the luggage including the front, back, luggage tag, and key case. A wide leather strap connects the front to the back utilizing a locking clasp with a gold finish. The seller states the luggage is in excellent condition with no significant signs of wear or use and includes the protective Ferrari dust bag, luggage tag, keys, and key case.
Modenese luxury brand Schedoni has been responsible for supplying bespoke sets of exquisite leather luggage for every new Ferrari supercar and grand tourer since 1977. This would be an ideal addition for a discerning owner of the 1980s performance icon, whether for Concours completeness or to put to practical use on long road trips.
