Available for auction is a Ferrari 250 GTO sculpture. According to the seller, this piece was produced by Allegretti of Modena. The wire sculpture of the famous Ferrari 250 GTO is built of iron tubes and painted in Ferrari Rossa Cina. This stunning 1:1 scale front end measures approximately 42" x 28".
Carrozzeria Sport Car, founded by Mario Allegretti in Modena, built prototypes and unique cars, including the body of the legendary Ferrari 330 P4. Together with his son Stefano, they opened a workshop in Via dell'Artigianato in Modena where they specialized in the restoration of classic Ferraris and wireframe sculptures, as well as Allegretti replicas.
