Available for auction is an original vintage 1920s Conoco Gasoline "Minuteman" double-side porcelain sign. In 1875, the "Continental Oil and Transportation Company" (acronym "Conoco") was founded in Ogden, Utah. In 1885, Conoco was reincorporated as part of Standard Oil. After the Supreme Court of the United States dissolved Standard Oil, Conoco became independent in 1913. The seller states this sign is in original and unrestored condition displaying a healthy amount of patina on both sides. Conoco memorabilia is proving to be harder and harder to find, don't miss your opportunity to purchase this incredible piece of Americana. The buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and fees.

hi Medaltech, this sign is 25 1/4" diameter... i recently saw an auction result that another same sign sold for low 5 (FIVE!) digits. HOWEVER, that sign was also in much nicer condition than my sign. i think i've set a realistic reserve price as i am just wanting to "de-clutter" now, after 40 years of gathering trinkets n doodads. i will package this sign very carefully for shipping. buyer to pay actual shipping cost + insurance, if desired. thank you
what is the size??
